- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of approximately 20–35 students, shared with another SLPA
- Attend eligibility meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
- Participate in the assessment process by completing speech evaluations to help determine student needs
- Assist with developing and implementing individualized plans and interventions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
- Foster a supportive, engaging environment that encourages student participation and growth
