Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) licensure/credentials
- Experience in school-based therapy or related pediatric settings
- Ability to meet compliance requirements (background check, standard clearances)
- Adaptability and willingness to work within a dynamic, multi-site district
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to students PreK–12 under the supervision of SLPs
- Manage a caseload of approximately 80–100 students
- Document progress, ensure compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
- Support flexibility in building assignments as determined by the district
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered, and inclusive learning environment
