Role Overview:
- Provide direct speech-language support services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Work with a caseload of approximately 80-100 students across varying grade levels (PreK-12)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers to implement student-specific communication interventions
- Adapt in a flexible environment, as specific building assignments and caseloads may shift within the district
- Maintain accurate session documentation, progress notes, and service records in accordance with district policy
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and appropriate credentials
- Experience working in schools or with students is highly valued
- Ability to complete standard compliance requirements, including background check and standard district clearances
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse student populations in a school setting
