Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license/credentials
- School-based experience as an SLPA, or familiarity with PreK–12 student populations preferred
- Ability to adjust to multiple school settings due to district coverage needs
- Completion of background check and all standard district clearance requirements
- Positive, adaptable attitude working on-site and openness to teletherapy backup if needed
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate with supervising SLP and educational teams to tailor therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Engage with students, staff, and families in a professional and empathetic manner
- Adapt to varied caseloads and settings as assigned within the district
