Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse caseload of typically 80–100 students, PreK–12.
- Implement individualized communication goals and interventions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Maintain accurate documentation, assist with progress monitoring, and collaborate actively with educational staff and families.
- Exhibit flexibility as building assignments may be finalized based on district needs and your preferences.
- Support district-wide initiatives to enhance student achievement for those with speech-language needs.
Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license and credentials for Indiana.
- Up-to-date on all standard compliance requirements, including background check and district-specific clearances.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving building assignments.
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued.
