Qualifications:
- Valid California SLPA license or certification
- Experience supporting pediatric caseloads in a school setting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively on a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision
- Manage a caseload averaging 45 students
- Document session notes and student progress
- Support communication goals and IEP implementation
- Partner with other SLPAs and staff on campus
