Key Qualifications

Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in delivering therapy sessions to small groups or individuals
- Prepare materials and activities based on students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Support classroom teachers with strategies for facilitating students’ communication skills
- Participate in school team meetings as needed
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment where every student can thrive
