Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Hayward, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required by the time of interview
- Open to entry level SLPAs, including recent graduates
- Passion for serving in an educational setting and supporting student development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLPs
- Provide direct support to students in individual or small group settings
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote student achievement
- Contribute to IEP process through data collection and supportive input
