Desired Qualifications and Skills:
- Active or eligible SLPA licensure in California
- Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote SLP supervisors and onsite educational staff
- Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable utilizing technology for virtual supervision and ongoing support

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized student treatment plans under the direction and supervision of the virtual SLP
- Carry out small-group and one-on-one therapy sessions to address speech and language goals
- Support accurate and timely data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success and engagement
- Assist with the preparation of therapy materials and activities tailored to diverse student needs
- Maintain confidentiality of student records while following all district and state guidelines
