Responsibilities include:
- Implementing individualized student therapy plans as directed by the virtual SLP
- Delivering engaging and effective speech and language interventions across all grade levels, from kindergarten to 12th grade

- Supporting efficient communication between students, teachers, parents, and staff
- Assisting with ongoing assessment and the preparation of therapy materials
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to district and professional guidelines
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to strategies for student success
Qualifications:
- Valid California SLPA license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience collaborating with SLPs or within school settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for supporting students at every grade level (K-12)
- Ability to work independently while following a virtual provider’s guidance
- Reliability and adaptability to support student schedules
