In this engaging school-based role, you’ll work closely with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), playing an essential part in providing communication and language support to students across a diverse range of ages and abilities.

What You’ll Bring:
- Valid SLPA license or certification in California
- Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents in an educational setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort collaborating with remote/virtual SLPs and onsite school staff
- Adaptability and organizational skills to manage sessions across multiple grade levels
- Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine dedication to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the virtual SLP in the implementation of individualized speech therapy plans
- Work directly with K-12th grade students in individual or small group sessions
- Record and track students’ progress while assisting in data collection
- Prepare and utilize engaging therapy materials as directed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster a positive learning environment
- Contribute to IEP documentation and participate in team meetings as required
