In this contract role, you'll work onsite, collaborating closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver speech and language interventions tailored to each student's needs. Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or a closely related field, or AAS degree from an approved SLPA program
  • Valid SLPA certification and active state licensure
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to manage challenging situations with clarity and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work across multiple school sites as needed
  • Experience working with IEPs or providing direct/indirect services in schools is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect services aligned with individual students’ IEPs, always under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Build positive relationships with staff, students, and families to support comprehensive care
  • Maintain detailed records and help with documentation as necessary
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Strictly provide services in-person (remote/virtual services are not an option for this role)
