Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Virginia SLP licensure (required)
  • School-based SLP experience preferred
  • Ability to provide services to a varied caseload (elementary, middle, high school)
  • Clear background and VA Department of Social Services check (start immediately)
  • Current TB Test (as required by VA)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-time SLP services (37.5 hrs/week) to assigned schools and age groups (TBD)
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation for compliance and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate fully onsite (no VOCO or hybrid options)
