Ideal Profile:
- Active Virginia SLP License (required)
- Comfortable working full-time (37.5 hours/week) across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Ability to begin credentialing promptly (VA Dept. of Social Services check and TB test required)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and support services to a diverse caseload (age groups and assignment levels vary)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff within a school-based environment
- Complete assessments, write reports, develop and monitor IEPs
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Commitment to a 185-day on-site contract (no VOCO/hybrid)
