What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Florida SLP License (or eligibility before the start date)
- Will consider candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor interventions for elementary and middle school students
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site speech, language, and communication therapy
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to support holistic student growth
- Provide assessment, progress monitoring, and regular documentation
- Serve assigned schools (Nolan Middle, Manatee Elementary) with potential for additional campuses
- Maintain compliance with state, district, and federal requirements
This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week across the 2026-2027 school year (August 10, 2026 – May 27, 2027). Caseload specifics will be determined at the time of assignment, taking individual preferences and direct-hire assignments into account for a tailored fit.
