Key Qualifications:
- Current Florida SLP License required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred; will consider strong candidates with a Bachelor’s degree
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Previous school-based experience is an asset, but motivated new graduates are welcome
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver tailored therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Develop, write, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Track and document student progress, maintaining compliance with all state and district requirements
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other support staff
- Attend IEP or staff meetings as required
- Create engaging sessions suited to various developmental stages, from early elementary to high school levels
