Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA certification in California, held for at least one year
- Experience working in school district settings
- Skilled in supporting students with extensive needs (elementary age)
- Comfortable with data collection and progress monitoring
- Familiarity with AAC devices highly valued
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred, not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language support to elementary-aged students
- Implement designated treatment plans and assist with AAC devices as appropriate
- Collect, organize, and monitor student progress data
- Collaborate with educators and support staff for best student outcomes
- Adapt support for a variety of student needs (caseload details to be determined)
