This position starts August 12th, 2026, and runs through June 2nd, 2027, with a commitment of 21–24 hours per week across three days onsite each week. Bilingual candidates and those with previous school-based experience are highly encouraged to apply, as those skills are especially valued.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure or credential as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
- Experience supporting children in educational or school-based settings preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a strong asset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Commitment to upholding a positive, student-centered environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized student treatment plans
- Work directly with students to support speech, language, and communication goals
- Prepare session materials, track progress, and maintain detailed records
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with students, educators, and families
- Ensure all services adhere to school and regulatory standards
