Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Pennsylvania
- Experience supporting students in school settings, especially across varied age groups
- Skilled in both individual and group-based treatment models
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with remote Speech-Language Pathologists
- Excellent organizational abilities for managing a rotating, multifaceted caseload
- Adaptability and proactive communication to keep pace with changing student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 16 individual and 37 group therapy sessions (30 minutes each) per week
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to elementary, middle, and high school students
- Collaborate regularly with a Tele SLP to ensure seamless service delivery and comprehensive support
