Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred
- Teletherapy skills a plus
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from PreK through twelfth grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy services individually and in small groups, both in person and via teletherapy if applicable
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on assessments, progress notes, and billing as required
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture
