Qualifications/Preferred Experience:
- Active SLPA license required for Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills: Will partner with a Tele SLP
- Ability to maintain accurate treatment records
- Flexibility to move between multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with 41 students (caseload may change)
- Deliver 55 thirty-minute speech therapy sessions weekly, including 16 individual and 37 group treatments
- Schedule and complete services across elementary, middle, and high schools
- Support and implement Tele SLP’s clinical directives
- Adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
