Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Petaluma, CA

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA license or certification meeting California requirements
- Previous experience in a school-based setting
- Bilingual skills are highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization abilities
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver individualized and group speech therapy services to students
- Implement treatment plans, support AAC device use, and monitor progress towards IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to help facilitate student communication success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school and district
- Foster an inclusive, positive therapeutic environment for all students
