Speech Language Pathologist in Humphrey, NE

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but clinical fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills with both students and school staff
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is desired
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions, both individual and group, in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress and foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Maintain accurate records, document services, and contribute to IEP meetings as a core team member
- Educate staff and families about effective strategies for supporting communication development
