What you need to bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completed
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school-based setting
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to help students overcome communication challenges
  • Document progress and prepare reports in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student success
  • Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
