Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLPA license
- Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
- Bilingual: Spanish and English fluency is essential
- Previous school-based SLPA experience preferred
- Familiarity with SEIS and Paradigm platforms is advantageous
- Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Dedication to helping PreK students thrive
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK students as directed by a supervising SLP
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Support students’ communication needs using evidence-based strategies and AAC devices
- Work effectively with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within SEIS and Paradigm systems
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
