Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of individualized student treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Provide direct intervention services to middle school students as outlined in each student’s IEP
- Assist with progress monitoring, data collection, and documentation of student outcomes
- Prepare materials and activities, adapting them as needed for student success
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere to encourage student participation and confidence
