School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Modesto, California

Qualifications & Experience:
- Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA)
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP or SLPA in California
- School-based experience is preferred, but candidates with enthusiasm for working with K-12 populations are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to commit to onsite services for the school year
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Manage a varied K-12 caseload, tracking student progress and maintaining thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective interventions and support student success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current on best practices
