Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license, with eligibility for renewal
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other educational staff
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to student care
- Willingness to adapt to a variety of student needs and educational environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students’ progress by implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Track and document student performance and session outcomes

- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate
- Communicate regularly with families and school staff about student progress
- Remain current with professional requirements, including SLPA licensure renewal
