Qualifications & Experience:
- Current SLPA licensure or eligibility in Virginia
- Degree in Communications or Speech Language Pathology required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Comfortable working with K-12 age groups
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing speech-language therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students in achieving speech and language goals set in their IEPs
- Contribute to documentation and progress monitoring
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team
