Requirements:
- Licensed/certified SLPA eligible to practice in Virginia (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience working in schools (elementary, middle, or high school preferred)
- Comfortable working with caseloads averaging 55 students
- Willingness to collaborate with a remote supervising SLP
- Adaptability, strong communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions as directed by the supervising SLP
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate proactively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Adjust support strategies based on diverse learner needs
