What We Seek:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant licensure
- School-based SLPA experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable working with elementary, middle, or high school populations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with a virtual supervisor
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse student needs and collaborate in a team environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering direct therapy services to students under SLP supervision
- Recording and tracking student progress
- Supporting IEP implementation and related documentation
- Communicating with teachers and school staff to support student success
- Participating in virtual supervision and team meetings
- Promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
