What We're Looking For:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a virtual SLP and onsite educational teams
- Adaptability to serve a dynamic caseload in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with students to deliver speech and language services according to individualized education plans
- Conduct direct therapy under supervision of a remote Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support progress monitoring, evaluations, and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain compliance with school and district policies
