Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) licensure
- School-based experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing a caseload of around 55 students
- Ability to adapt to elementary, middle, or high school populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the guidance of a remote SLP
- Collaborate with classroom staff, teachers, and families to foster student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings, maintain documentation, and track student goals
- Utilize virtual tools and resources for supervision and team meetings
- Support speech-language screenings and progress monitoring
