Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Massachusetts SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple campuses
- Familiarity with IEPs and documentation procedures is a plus
- Collaborative spirit and adaptability within diverse school settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services under SLP supervision
- Support implementation of individualized student goals in classroom and small group settings
- Collect data and document student progress to ensure alignment with IEP objectives
- Maintain effective communication with supervising SLPs, staff, and families
- Assist with screening, assessment, and materials preparation as needed
- Travel between assigned school sites within the work week
