Your day-to-day contributions will shape young learners’ communication skills, collaborating closely with school-based Speech-Language Pathologists and educational staff. With a 34-hour workweek across three school sites, you’ll benefit from a robust, stable schedule.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active Massachusetts SLPA license
- Experience as an SLPA in elementary and/or middle school settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working in diverse educational environments
- Adaptability and reliability
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services to students under the guidance of a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
- Prepare and organize therapy materials tailored to each student’s needs
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and school staff to support student IEP goals
- Engage positively with students, their families, and school teams to maximize outcomes
