Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPA in Maryland
- Previous experience within a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude

- Effective organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language interventions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support development of students’ articulation, language, voice, and fluency skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to carry out IEP goals
- Prepare and adapt materials for therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and program outcomes
- Support assessment processes and assist with daily therapy routines
