Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC certification preferred
- Experience or confidence serving school-aged children (PreK-8th grade)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35-40 students from PreK through 8th grade
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize data-driven approaches to track student progress
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
