Qualifications/Desired Background:

  • Valid SLPA license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Experience with K–12th grade caseloads is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred, but not required
  • Passionate about supporting diverse student populations
  • Ability to adapt to new environments rapidly

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing therapy plans
  • Provide direct intervention services to K-12th grade students
  • Document student progress and support IEP goals under supervision
  • Foster communication skills across diverse student backgrounds
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary educational teams
  • Manage a robust caseload and adjust to evolving student needs
