With a manageable caseload of 73 students between two private schools, you’ll help foster communication skills and confidence in young learners. The position begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, with a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week across a five-day schedule.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license issued by the state of Texas
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to adapt and respond to varying student needs and school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support speech-language pathology services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Implement IEP goals for students in grades K-12
- Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to best serve each student
- Travel between two private schools as part of your weekly routine
