Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Gray, GA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy settings a plus
- Comfortable developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for diverse caseloads
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Organized, resourceful, and committed to fostering students’ educational success
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy, targeting articulation, fluency, language, voice, and social communication skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide mentorship and support to SLP-CFYs as appropriate
