Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state SLP license, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or similar settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology-supported services
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with guidelines and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, voice, and fluency
- Develop, implement, and monitor therapy interventions tailored to individual needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of progress and compliance records
- Consult and collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning and progress evaluation
- Offer services in both in-person and virtual settings as needed
