K-5 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Decatur, Georgia

Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid SLP license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to clinical fellows
- Previous experience in a school-based setting with elementary-aged children is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through fifth grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Track student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student support
- Offer consultative guidance and participate in school-based meetings as needed
