Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license for the state of Texas required
- Experience supporting K-12 students in academic settings preferred
- Solid knowledge of speech-language pathology techniques and best practices for educational environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP across all assigned grade levels
- Contribute to the development and implementation of therapy plans to address student needs
- Maintain thorough records and participate in progress monitoring and IEP meetings
- Collaborate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents to support student growth
- Utilize evidence-based practices to engage, instruct, and motivate diverse learners
