Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification in North Carolina
- Previous school-based experience (preferred)
- Understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and student documentation
- Comfortable traveling between multiple school sites
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services across 2-3 schools
- Support students on a 73-person caseload across various ages and abilities
- Collaborate with onsite SLPs, teachers, and staff
- Maintain accurate records and progress data
- Assist in developing therapy activities suited to individual student needs
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to IEP development
