Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy sessions to students
- Provide support in implementing individualized education program (IEP) goals related to speech and language
- Document students’ progress and maintain accurate records
- Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to suit individual student needs
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment while assisting with communication skills
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate comprehensive care
