Key Qualifications:
- North Carolina SLPA license (or eligibility)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration skills, and adaptability
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Commitment to supporting students’ speech and language development
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language intervention services under the supervision of an SLP
- Support assessment and progress monitoring activities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
- Document and report on student progress in compliance with school and district policies
- Adapt activities and approaches to meet varied student needs across grades
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP goals
This is a full-time, 5-day-a-week position (7 hours per day). You’ll split your time between campuses and connect with students at different stages of their academic journey. Enjoy flexibility and the fulfillment of seeing your interventions help students grow.
Compensation for this role starts at $35+ per hour, with rate determined by experience.
