Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license/certification
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a large and varied caseload
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
- Enthusiasm for supporting students of all ages, from elementary to high school
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services as directed by supervising SLPs
- Support and document progress toward IEP and communication goals
- Maintain detailed student records
- Implement activities and interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators and participate in school team meetings
