Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (CFY and CCC accepted)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Knowledge of current best practices in assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Comfort working collaboratively with educators, staff, and families
- Ability to provide services onsite in accordance with school calendars and schedules
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech or language needs among students
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation of progress and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff to support student success
- Provide both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, adapting methods as needed
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding progress and strategies for home
