- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Ohio
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services within the school setting
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reports promptly
- Educate staff and families on strategies to support student communication inside and outside the classroom
