What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
- Current Ohio SLP license
- SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to student-centered therapy
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluating students to identify speech and language disorders in line with best practices
- Designing and implementing tailored treatment strategies for students’ unique needs
- Delivering individual and group therapy to help students thrive in both academic and social situations
- Working closely with teachers and support staff to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Documenting progress and offering consultative support to families and educators
