What You’ll Do:
• Provide speech-language therapy to students
• Complete evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
Arizona Requirements:
✅ Must hold a current Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) Speech-Language Pathology license
✅ Must hold an Arizona Department of Education (ADE) Speech-Language Pathologist PreK–12 Professional Non-Teaching Certificate
✅ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
✅ Required clinical experience/clock hours
✅ National examination requirement or qualifying ASHA CCC-SLP
✅ Arizona DPS IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required for ADE certification
Important: Arizona public-school SLPs must have both the AZDHS SLP license AND the ADE professional certificate.
