Elementary Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ypsilanti, Michigan

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Experience with pediatric, early childhood, and elementary populations

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt to different caseloads based on experience and preference
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and other service providers to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and Medicaid billing as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
