Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility)
- Experience with early childhood, pediatric, and elementary populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and educational best practices
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students from K–12
- Develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions
- Monitor progress; participate in IEP and parent meetings
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
